Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InferenceIQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

InferenceIQ provides intelligent inference routing and optimization services for AI models. Our service allows you to efficiently route inference requests, optimize costs, and improve performance across multiple model providers and endpoints.

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use InferenceIQ.

API Usage

You agree to use the InferenceIQ API only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service:

  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • To infringe on intellectual property rights
  • To transmit malware or harmful code
  • For competitive intelligence or benchmarking
  • To reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access

Payment Terms

Fees for InferenceIQ services are based on your selected plan and usage. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees. Billing is automatic on a monthly basis unless you cancel your subscription.

Intellectual Property

InferenceIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InferenceIQ. You retain all rights to your data and content. You grant InferenceIQ a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

InferenceIQ is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InferenceIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InferenceIQ from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Termination

InferenceIQ may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

InferenceIQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
